We read every message and reply within two to three working days. Messages that arrive over a weekend usually get an answer early in the following week.
What to write about
- Corrections to a guide, including a link and the sentence that looks wrong.
- A question about device compatibility that a published guide does not answer.
- A plan detail that has changed since we last checked it.
- Press, partnership or editorial enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell plans and we do not handle orders. Anything to do with a purchase, a refund, a failed activation or a data balance is a matter for the carrier or the store you bought from. They hold the account details that we never see.
Response times
Ordinary questions get a reply within two to three working days. Technical corrections are usually handled sooner because they are quick to verify against the source documents.
