Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of esimworld.click. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
1. About this site
eSIM World publishes editorial guides about eSIM plans, travel data and device compatibility. The content is information, not a commercial offer. We do not sell connectivity plans and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a provider we mention.
2. Intellectual Property
The text, layout, design and original graphics on this site are owned by the site operator and protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source. You may not reproduce articles in full, republish them commercially or use them to train a commercial model without written permission. Licences for third party images are noted where they apply.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server or to subscriber records, not to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, and not to use automated tools to submit the newsletter form.
4. Accuracy and Warranties
Plan prices, allowances, country lists and device specifications change frequently. We check information when we publish and update it when we can, but we give no warranty that any figure on the site is current or complete. Coverage and speed depend on the network operator, your device and local conditions, none of which we control. The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content. This includes lost data, lost roaming credit, missed connections and costs incurred with a third party provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free site is zero.
6. Third party links and services
We link to carriers, plan providers, device manufacturers and other resources. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or conduct.
7. Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission on a resulting purchase. This does not change the price you pay and does not influence editorial judgement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site operator against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal costs, that arises from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
9. Confidentiality
If you send us information that is clearly marked confidential, we will not publish it without your agreement. Anything you send that is not marked confidential, such as a suggested correction or a product enquiry, may be used to improve the site. Personal details are handled as described in our privacy policy and are not published.
10. User submissions
By sending us a correction, tip or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in our content. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may edit submissions for length and clarity.
11. Termination
We may restrict or end access to the site, including newsletter access, for anyone who breaches these terms or abuses the service. You may stop using the site at any time, and you may unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any message.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States, where the site is hosted, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence continue to apply where the law provides them.
13. Dispute resolution and binding arbitration
Before starting formal proceedings, please write to us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a small claims court where that is available to you.
14. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force and the unenforceable provision is replaced by one that comes closest to its original intent.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
